@Regendans I've never used someone else's server, other than to try stuff out.

Back in 2019 I tried Mastodon, Friendica, Diaspora* and Hubzilla, decided Hubzilla would be the best choice, and started my own server.

@regendans I'm not that tech savvy so the tech is sort of a barrier but so is the server. I'm not any one thing and few of the alternative GP (general purpose) servers sound that great.
