You can simply reissue them to resolve the problem.

They logged in ct-logs which are not yet marked as trusted?

@pft I don't personally have any more detail but I believe so, yes. That's the only thing I can think of which makes sense.
AFAIK there's no vulnerability or incident other than incorrect config.
