I bought an #eddiebauer heated throw from #amazon in October.
It is marketed as having an app for control.
I opened the box and scanned the QR code to get the app, it has been removed from the App Store.
The blanket is useless without the app.

The phone number for customer service on the label sewn to the blanket, [(770) 495-3377] goes to a voicemail box identifying itself as “EH Home”.
Multiple messages left, no reply.
Don’t buy eddiebauer products. They don’t stand behind them. 😡
