@itsfoss how did it surprise you? There are hundreds of identical services out there. Not that I’m trying to diminish your surprise but I’m genuinely curious what stands out with this over the others?

@itsfoss the fake scare about Gmail smart features enabling AI scanning was the final push for me to move all my email business to Proton and utilize the email aliases, it's great. There are a couple of service providers who blocked the default passmail domain address, or all the additional domain addresses (like github and netlify) and one that didn't support use of "." except after "@", so businesses are catching on and I expect it will be more difficult to successfully use soon.
