@clickhere I would be suspicious of the ā€œon the roadā€ part. Thereā€™s a difference between ā€œcan be drivenā€ and ā€œis actively being usedā€. My own motor tends to spend a lot of time _not_ driving, for example.

@waider Yeah, it's utter b.s. (Not to mention that most city centre "traffic" is drivers looking for parking, and that cars spend most of their time parked up.)

I'd also wonder if it includes commercial vehicles, too.
