Do Republicans think the penalty for doing that - for being even suspected of smuggling drugs - should be extrajudicial murder? No arrest, no trial to see if maybe they actually did the thing.

You could replace the captions just as easily with "GOP" and "pedophiles." They're very selective with due process. Any time a victim speaks out you get a chorus of "allegedly" and "innocent until proven guilty!"
