#arrowheadgamestudios were tasked by the #Helldivers2 community with reducing the installation size of the game and I cannot believe what they’re reporting:

“By completely de-duplicating our data we were able to reduce the PC installation size from ~154GB to ~23GB, for a total saving of ~131GB (~85%)”

Not only are these devs incredible game designers, setting the gold standard for #liveservice games, they’re clearly technical geniuses as well
