A note-card from years ago reminded me of PDCA. Is it still a catch-word for big organizations, or groups that organize into some sort of bureaucratic framework? A Diaspora* or other fediverse post had me laughing

for PDCA.. I can't remember the original words: Plan Do Coopt Accumulate.. The first two are accurate, the last two won't come to mind... I remember seeing cute flow-charts with big arrows from one part of the process to another, Very Office-y Software stuff that used a lot of ink...
