Being a millionaire, owning a business or two, having more than one house, isn't the 'rich' being referred to here. You might not love those people, nor do I, but they're not the ones bleeding civilisation and Earth dry.
It's the short list of Billionaires and multi-billionaires that are the 'rich' we need to eat. Everyone else is still in the 99%.
