Seafood version of biscuits and gravy by lacing the biscuits with garlic & parmigiano reggiano and swapping the sausage gravy for a rich lobster bisque or crawfish meat chowder.

@psychoalpastor I think of sausage gravy as being considerably thicker than bisque or chowder. However, if instead of baking the biscuits and spooning the chowder/bisque over them, you dropped scoops of the biscuit batter into the chowder/bisque and let them boil until they were cooked through, you'd basically have dumplings, which sound quite delicious.

That is true, tbh. I've made chicken and dumplings in the past by dropping biscuit dough in.
