We only managed to do five trees in a whole day - they were super full of olives...
3 days down , 15 trees done, everything hurts.
Still, it's worth it for moments like this one.
One week in, and we've fully made friends with the local cat population, who are helping out with the #OliveHarvest.
Bonus meow.
The cat gang that is helping us with the olive harvest has increased...
And back home #TinaTheCat has been helping me filter today's harvest.
(There are a lot of leaves and twigs still attached to the olives. We use a metal grill to separate them.)

Attached: 1 image As it's #Caturday here's my contribution to #CatsWithJobs: #MiniTheCat is doing the visual inspection of our newly harvested and pressed #OliveOil, just before we took over with the other sensory tests. I'm very pleased how this year's oil came out (very fruity with just the right amount of sharpness in the throat), even though the quantity was a lot lower than previous years. These are the '23, '22 and '21 pressings. The new one will clear up as particles settle down. #OliveHarvest #olives
