Hugh Ferguson@noelreports I believe she is referring to the US-Russia peace plan that was suddenly foisted on everyone the other day. I think the intention from the US side is dishonest. I don't believe for a second they want Russia to be able to draw down forces. If anything, they want the war to continue so that Russia is unable to help Venezuela, Syria, Lebanon, Nigeria, or any other country the US is planning on invading. Instead, the US wants to keep Ukraine fighting but have the EU countries pay for it.
