@Judeau I messed it up back on Labour Day weekend. Stepped backward into a pot hole, something crunched and popped. Was rough for awhile.
I just had to book the appointment since then so might as well make sure it’s healing properly

@Judeau yeahhhh, was not a good feeling. Couldn’t fully squat or even walk quickly for the first couple of weeks
