The new feature nobody wanted
@davidrevoy I believe that the collective name for a group of crows is a "murder". Looking at your latest work, I feel that someone is plotting one.
(Thank you for creating and sharing your art.)
A group of stochastic parrots is a "Slop"
@doctormo @plwt @davidrevoy You know, this term should be used for any group of LLMs, not just in the context of "stochastic parrots".
"Jeff spun up a whole slop of LLMs to automate his chatroom, but all they say is 'I'm sorry, I can't help with that.'"
@plwt Wikipedia appears to agree that a group of crows is called a murder. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_Crows So does PBS. https://www.pbs.org/wnet/nature/a-murder-of-crows-crow-facts/5965/#attachment_23958 (approximate link, scroll down below the image) And here's a site that has several more examples (unverified). https://www.ornitheology.com/post/murder-of-crows-collective-bird-names
😄 👍🏻

thing. yes. call it that.
@davidrevoy
"Any technology sufficiently advanced is indistinguishable from magic."
Having read this little exchange (and the 'ignisme' debacle) I'm no longer sure what Clarke meant by that.
@arfisk Mix that with:
> "Science fiction is fantasy with bolts painted on outside." ~ Terry Pratchett
...and it authorizes any author to create any combination. 💜
