@shauna I really appreciate you saying that. I'm lucky to have some great people in my life offering support. It's been a learning experience figuring out how to be more selfish during tough times, but I'm doing much better now.
It's not selfish to need help, to ask for help, or to receive help. I'm glad you've got people to lean on - you deserve it
