Building on ruins: the Russification of Mariupol, one apartment block at a time.

A Bellingcat investigation has identified 23 multi-storey housing complexes — more than 50 buildings with at least 6 000 apartments – being built in the ashes of Mariupol and advertised for sale, with low interest rate loans, to Russian citizens.

Meanwhile, many of the original Ukrainian owners cannot return home.
