Another diluted policy that will only apply certain wards, because somehow if you're not in Old toronto or East York, this is considered suburbs and nothing good can be done in the suburb.

I guess my understanding of the motion wasn't complete, while for full neighborhood it would be restricted to East York and Toronto, it would bring it city-wide on what the city considers major streets.
Well that part is a win.
For example, that's the map for #Willowdale everything in yellow would be included (and red was already allowed)
