Forrest TanakaA nicely done video about Henry Gunther, officially the last Allied soldier to die in #WW1, having been shot during an inexplicable solo charge at the Germans at 10:59 a.m., a minute before #armistice took effect.
Note there is a little bit of dispute, some giving credit to Frenchman Augustin Trébuchon as the last Allied soldier to die before armistice, and that Gunther had died at 10:44.
