My First Rocky Horror Picture Show Experience, And It's A LOT!

@funguy2playwith No really? Your first?

@3x10to8mps
Me, not my 1st, maybe my 100th ;-)
I first saw it in Toronto @ The Roxy in 1980 and I watch it at least annually along with "Heavy Metal" when I feel nostalgic.

This was Elizabeth's first time. She was a successful opera singer that missed out on the rock/pop music that came out during her formative years and now reviews them as 1st impressions with a sprinkle of vocal analysis (not too technical, really interesting actually).

@funguy2playwith Ooh Heavy Metal is also one of my classics :-)

I will admit I played Frankie at some smaller movie theaters around NYC back then, but the main show was in Greenwich Village for literally decades. So happy to know people are still discovering the phenomenon! 🕺

Did you see the interview with Tim Curry on CBS Sunday Morning about a week ago? Very glad he has such a rich life of memories to look back upon now🙏

@3x10to8mps

Cool playing Frankie. You must have been pretty good to get such an important role.

No so Thank You!!! Wordle will have to wait.

There are actually 2 versions, the T.V. broadcast "The enigma of Tim Curry" and "Extended interview: Tim Curry" (30min). Both on YouTube.

Ben Mankiewicz does a really good job with the interview, very patient.
