Forest Fern@Flominator Do have a familysearch.org free account? I performed a preliminary search and found several records for the Wangler surname during that time. There are marriage registers on this website. Also, sometimes, when you search further within, let's say, the census records, you'll discover more specifics about the people that will aid your research. #Genealogy #genealogist
@forestfern Thanks. Unfortunately FamilySearch only has transcripts, which might be incomplete and not the originals.
@Flominator Your best bet then would be to contact the local vital office, historical society (as another recommended), or churches for their marriage registers.
