@rob @Strandjunker good point. All previous administrations are guilty of that.
As for this one, it's the only one I've seen where they actively fight against helping their constituents and still won an election.
OBJECTION!

@hosford42 @batist3 @Strandjunker
AFAIK it was Novo Nordisk employee and Global Brand Director Gordon Findlay, standing next to CEO Mike Doustdar during the oval office press conference
Edit: my first information was incorrect, it was not a Novo Nordisk employee. Source: Novo Nordisk CEO on LinkedIn.
@folfdk @hosford42 @batist3 @Strandjunker 2 pro tips:
1. Slightly bend your knees while standing for extend periods to avoid passing out
2. Don’t associate with fascists just to make a buck
Follow these rules and you will stand proud on your own two feet
@Edgar @hosford42 @batist3 @Strandjunker
Update to say that apparently I was wrong. The Novo Nordisk CEO has posted a short text explaining that it was not a Novo Nordisk employee as previously reported by some newspapers.
@sb @batist3 @Strandjunker As I have understood it, a number of people and companies were present at the event. The guy fainting was a guest (I think a patient on GLP-1) that was part of the Eli Lily entourage. There were since reports that it was the CEO of Novo Nordisk, but that is not the case.
Apart from the disconnected stare into the abyss by the president, one can funnily also see the health secretary skedaddle at the first hint of trouble, in the clips making the rounds.
@mapcar @batist3 @Strandjunker
Unreal...
Thanks for the info!
@Strandjunker Did somebody tell him white children would starve too? Specifically white little girls who he claims to have not abused despite evidence proving otherwise?
#ReleaseTheEpsteinFiles #OpenTheGovernment #ImpeachTrump #8647 #DestroyAllRepublicans
Which is probably why he and Musk clicked at first. (Musk has actually called other folks NPCs out loud.) And probably why it didn't last, too.
@Strandjunker You know how if a star is heavy enough it'll sink into itself until the physical resistance from atomic bonds keeps it from sinking further? And how some stars are so heavy that even this doesn't stop them and they sink into infinite density as nothing in the physical universe can stop them from sinking all the way down...and yet still they cannot sink into negative origin?
Yeah, it's already sunk past that.
He needs to be removed from office…
Remember the names of the billionaires who bought Trump & Vance a presidency, to accomplish exactly this, the starvation of Americans to get tax cuts for the rich.

It is difficult to interpret the Trump administration’s wholesale attacks on governmental programs as anything other than accelerationist efforts to destroy basic features of the American political and economic systems. From DOGE’s Artificial Intelligence-rampage through federal bureaus, the destruction of agencies like the Department of Education, or Trump’s expanding ICE as his well-funded private domestic army and occupying Democrat-governed cities; the destruction of old standards of normalcy are clear. While documents like Project 2025 reveal elements of Trump’s game plan, there are serious open questions concerning the administration’s long game and exactly how far the oligarchs influencing Trump want to take this antidemocratic movement.

If I may ask a (non-serious but necessary) question?
Where's the #GOP's favorite boogieman/puppet-master #GeorgeSoros? 🤔
Ask any #Republican, and #Soros is the money-man behind everything evil committed by #Democrats.
#AntiFa? "Soros is funding them." Getting a "Communist" elected mayor of NYC? "Soros financed that too."
You'd think the Jewish trillionaire would have at least made the Top 100 political donors. 🤔 #NoImNotSerious
These lists are for top GOP billionaires only.
Republican billionaires don't want the betterment of humanity. They want Accelerationism.

And yet while we SMH in disgust, there are MILLIONS of Americans who vigorously support Trump attempting to do it.
We will never be free of this now until we criminalize conservatism and the malignant antisocial selfishness that underpins it.
@Strandjunker He literally couldn't do otherwise, he's a pathological narcissist with a wild and unconstrained case of ODD.
He's reflexively contrary and won't tolerate any limitations.
