FaraiweTyphoon Tino (Kalmaegi) did a number on the Philippines. The 25th (yes) named storm of the season made landfall as it peaked, briefly to Cat4 (130mph, 948mbar), passed between islands leaving a trail of wreckage. Landslides, flash floods biggest culprit of the 140+ deaths.
Philippines has had a BAD season, this year, and every storm hits worse, due to infrastructure of response being down from the previous storm/earthquake/volcano eruption (yes).
