@georgetakei If he has the power to set tariffs in the case of an emergency, he should also have to PROVE THE EMERGENCY. For example, I don't think that the Premier of Ontario posting a commercial featuring Ronald Reagan denouncing tariffs constitutes an emergency.

@georgetakei The Supreme Court isn't stupid so I would think they would be very careful on this because everyone is watching. (80% of this nation is pissed) ... so when this regime of terror is over, the SC will be put on trial for their corruption too.
