KirkCity election day in Minneapolis. I picked three DFLers (out of many) for mayor on the ranked choice ballot. I was tempted to waste my 3rd choice on some guy named Wagner representing the "Why not Wagner" party. Because it made me chuckle. But I went to his website, and it wouldn't load.
