I think you are missing the point.
Obsidian Entertainment doesnt WANT your email. Clearly.
So - I would posit that their AI is performing perfectly.

We can therefore conclude that both the quality of our software we shipped has improved and any issues that did arise were easily handled by our powerful AI agent. Hence customers are experiencing a leap in satisfaction.
Reality:
