I just had a brainwave : instead of creating a mailing list to have a joint e-mail address for partners, all you need to do is to create a redirect rule that says that any mail sent to [email protected] gets copied to [email protected] and vice versa. That way you'll never need to forward a shipment tracking or train ticket email again ! Of course this supposes your MTA supports plus addressing but that's mostly everyone these days.
