A little rant: What happened to normal hosted websites with plain information? Have you seen one lately? Most of internet now is obscured in either AI crawlbots who won't pay anything to the information they clearly just steal or Meta shit platforms as a scammy surrogate. Don't get me wrong. If people were compensated for their information, art and so forth for being completely ripped off that would at least be economically discussable despite fucking the world ecologically as well. So what can you do if you want to survive in a world on supercharged dumbfuckery when you don't want to be dumbed down and replaced by the slob? Start a digital riot? #wherehaveallthewebsitesgone #boycottchatgpt
#UnplugTrump #fuckaislop #digitalrevolution
@rikeriki I sometimes get the impression, the human internet got smaller or stuck or buried. Before the recent AI wave, I searched something and sometimes I found a new website that got me excited. Nowadays, I avoid new websites because most are AI. So I'm stuck with those that already ring a bell from the beforetimes. I wonder how much more difficult it must be if you grow up now and you don't have a frame of reference for human-made websites.
@skaphle Wondering which websites are not infected with #aislob. What bothers me most is that we are rapidly losing humanity in #convenience. I may sound like a bitter person though this goes way deeper to core than some new technology. What if our own thinking is hijacked by unverified but diguised as trustworthy information.
We are just 3 years in the new #ai wave. Can't wait for the bubble to burst ( without the bad ramifications ) * fingers crossed *
