Just installed #LinuxMint on my 10yo laptop (which I recently bricked by doing a stupid on #Arch).
First time I install a distro from scratch in years and things have definitely improved.

- Installed in about 5-10 min.
- Nvidia drivers configured with no issues.
- Every media key works out of the box.

And of course, everything loads almost instantly, and it uses <2Gb of RAM even with the browser and music player open.
