My emotional support #bunny had a lapse in meds a week ago and I thought it would be okay to ween him off anyway since he had a supposed injury and he seemed to be doing well
Immediately he stopped having normal stools after 36 hrs unmedicated
I managed to rack up more debt with the vet and got a refill but by Mon night it was obvious to me that something else was wrong
Tues morning I contacted his vet knowing he probably needs another invasive checkup under #anesthesia
No response
Now #SettlerSaturday comes rolling on in and the right side of his mouth has become swollen overnight
I contact the clinic again to give them his change in status
Immediately within an hour they respond - his vet isn't in... Take him to urgent care
The elevator is still broken and the ER vet is incredibly expensive and never offers me a payment plan, ever, even when I was employed at the company that did their cremations
Ofc they washed their hands of him - it's what yt supremacists do

My Little Man is hunched in pain and no amount of pain killers will help his GI tract to function as normal while he can't even chew
