There are many great murals in Tbilisi too! Check out https://tbilisimuralfest.com/

I've taken pictures of a few, but plan to get out and take more photos sometime. Just within 20 minutes of walking from my apartment, there are at least 10-12 that I know of and have seen from the bus. A couple just a minute walk away (and that I took photos of).

Tbilisi has similar style buildings as Ukraine (and probably other former Soviet countries) and there's often 1 side of a building without any windows and that's where the mural will be painted. (although in the one you shared it is on a side with windows)

Out of these though, my favorite is either the Anglerfish or Dragon.
