was very very pleasantly surprised at todays smol assembly at local queer space:

- one of organizers said that if it would up to her, we'd just stop all the social networks and have everything on our own homepages, she's tired of all the likes and boosts (no, they don't know anything aboit fediverse or indieweb etc)

- another member said she just tried to install linuxmint, she's not very technical but has a knowledgeable friend (to help her if she'd neee help) who suggested this in order to save an old crawling laptop with Win11, and now she's very happily using it. she then enquired me for deep dive into what RSS is and how she can listen to her collection of own collection of music on her phone and laptop now that she canceled Spotify.
