[A MESSAGE FROM PARLIAMENT]

After extensive discussions held over the past several months, the Provisional Parliament has resolved to reverse the previous decision, made a year and a half ago, to replace our system of government with an elective monarchy.

Avacyn will relinquish the title of Rialtóir and resume office under the new designation of President of the Highlands. This position shall adhere to the same term structure previously established for the Rialtóir: two terms of seven years each.

Avacyn’s term shall be recognized as continuous from their initial election to the Presidency in 2022.

Accordingly, the next Presidential Election is scheduled to take place in the year 2029.
