In the wake of the #GovernmentShutdown with 900k federal workers furloughed and others' contracts permanently terminated additionally to other illegal layoffs before the shutdown, this would be reasons enough for a nationwide workday general strike for as long as the government is shut down in support of federal workers so that they and people dependent on these services aren't the only one's that suffer.
