my phone keeps insisting that #sexist isn't a word and autocorrects it to exist. every time.

my tinfoil hat is on.

my phone is a #misogynist

or has been programmed to commit #misogyny or something like that

omg. mastodon won't let me hashtag it either.

am i out of line?

okay, it does let me hashtag it, but it didn't show up that way when i wrote it.

certainly in my phone's time with me, she should have been reeducated.

its like my youtube feed that tries to indoctrinate me with soft / entry point tradwife content and conservative #christian propaganda.

just becuase i mainly watch christian content on there does not mean i want to see that.

algorithm either sucks or has an agenda.

little do they know, i'm Black and the #WhiteSupremacy doesn't appeal.

also. they really should pick up on the #LatterDaySaint thing. why are you showing me the type of protestants that wouldn't like me based on that alone.

i do have a history of watching saints unscripted (i know, i know. but when they talk about us (#RLDS / #CommunityofChrist) i tell the truth in the comments. bc they don't do diligent research. or talk to us apparently.")

but that would be #LDS (L-dS) content still. it also sends me academic christian material, which does peak my interest.

sometimes this account, but mainly the other, shows me atheist content? and like the ("superiority" / still behaviorally trapped in conservative christian ego and hard-sell proselytizing that puts others down) type.

for example, i like Owen's stuff, even if i disagree with him on things, i do well to hear his point of view.

i am not inclined to watch "Why God Doesn't Exist" and "the Cult of Christianity."

i never ever want them to be censored and will always defend their right to post it.

i honestly avoid some ex-mormon content too. they have every right to tell their story in their words. but sometimes they treat things i believe as inherently stupid and say things like "why would anyone (or worse, "a Black person") ever believe this?" they are always white. who are you, again?

#CommunityofChrist history with race is different, better imho, but it isn't great in regards to the treatment of Black saints. Early #Black #LatterDaySaints are awesome & their storys should be told!

i get enough of the "it's stupid to be a #BlackLatterDaySaint and your beliefs are wrong (and mine are right)" at home from family.

i don't care for people to tell me online. i never post in r/mormon anymore bc despite it being for all sects members past and present. never post anything "faithful" in there. the comments will flood in /neg.

anyway. i don't like being manipulated by the platforms i use. or fed content that is the opposite of what i am into like is typically right-wing propaganda

to clarify, i would go to bat for ex-mormons (ex-CofChrist too) to tell their truth in their own words. if they say their experience was one of being in a cult, i believe that was their experience, full stop.

i do not have patience for most anti-mormons. who are generally protestant (namely evangelical).

evangelicals should look in a mirror.

i had to stop myself from defending Joseph Smith Jr bc Jehovahs Witnesses were talking shit. JWs? MIRROR. stop the anti-RLDS tracts fr

its only been the evangelicals who straight up bullied me irl

there had to be other factors, like me daring to be approximately christian while being a lesbian. they were racist too. but the excuse they used was that i was "mormon." I was in a environment where it vastly changed how i was treated in major ways (residential psychiatric treatment facility no less). they convinced the other christians i was leading them astray

evangelical nevermo anti-mormons suck so bad

JW ones are a joke 🤣

i will not take that from members of any church that came out of the Second Great Awakening.

Seventh-day Adventists, Latter Day Saints, Jehovahs Witnesses etc.

all Second Great Awakening.
