Thousands showed up outside Premier Smith’s “State of Alberta” speech to remind her and everyone else present that the state of Alberta includes that 1 in 55 workers in this province is a teacher on strike, and 1 in 6 people in this province is a child out of school, and that this situation exists because the UCP refuses to appropriately invest in public education.

Absolutely, it’s the “we’re not separatist, really!” #UCP apeing the American State of the Union address. Goes together with the licence plate dogwhistle, changing “Wildrose Country” into “Strong and Free”
