@ndw Far as I can tell from inquiring of the package manager, "latest" is Java 25. Being eight versions back of current doesn't seem like you're pushing novelty.

(Open JDK moves a good deal quicker, at least in terms of numbers, than historical Java. But it's been like that for quite awhile now.)
