..so i spend a lot of time alone, by my self & explore, practice, seek discomfort & learn to care for me.
i stopped driving, flying, eating meat. i am slowly diminishing buying from big multinationals, online & off. i started meditating, a routine of self care & rest. a lot of rest..

i rediscovered my talents & tastes, what i like & what i avoid or confront. now i cycle & walk or take public transport.
much better. i enjoy life now, whilst building up strength to fight the power & free us all, together. whilst building self-sufficiency & resilience.
if you do the same with me, we'll inspire others & before we know it our environment #recovers alongside us. 🌎🌍🏴☮️🖤
