Today is #CanadianThanksgiving ... if it was me I'd rename it to "harvest festival"... I can clearly understand the want, the need to celebrate the last harvest of the year before the winter... Because Mexico "doesn't have seasons" there's no equivalent in my original culture.. As a consumer of "Hollywood media" i knew more about the UnitedStatian Thanksgiving where the tale of the indigenous and the invaders shared a meal... anyhow.. I cooked for 10 yesterday.. here are some shots, at the end I don't have photos of the served plates because I was finishing cooking and serving.. but here some of the preparation...
