I loved this Hyottoko Odori, although this group of masked dancers seems to be missing the comical character of Hyottoko (火男), a man with a puckered mouth, skewed to one side. And who's the old man approaching me supposed to be?

Tonight #Tokorozawa station is so packed with people that it rivals Shibuya.

Not a common sight at a matsuri: this food stand sells pizza margherita and arancini with tomato sauce, a classic southern-Italian street food:

The sign calls them ミニライスコロッケ (mini rice korokke), but the taste was legit 😋
