Instancing can be used to create bespoke areas for individual players of groups, so they can play without outside interference.

Instancing works with #DynamicMeshing, It allows players to move from "open" areas to "closed" areas seamlessly.

#Instancing will be #Seamless, you just walk into a public bar, get instanced seamlessly, and can go talk to a mission giver, without hordes of other players crowding the bar.

One part of the group deals with fighters, another with capitol ships.

Stations will have large turrets that target capitol ships, your group needs the fighters to disable those turrets so they don't shred your teams capitol ships!

So, fleet based battles...

You need to put together a strike group with your org, with capitol ships, fighters & haulers.

The fleet missions have you attack stations that are defended with station shields and large turrets that can shred your capitol ships.

The goal is to have the fighters enter a "tunnel" into the station/asteroid and do a #StarWars trench-run attack on the shield generators, then take out the turrets so the capitol ships can get close.
