Rocks on terrain are now generated intelligently, no longer randomly scattered. Think boulders at the bases of mountains, instead of in the middle of a field.
Nested tile-maps are used for generating all terrain. #CitizenCon #Direct

Item crafting seems to use a #StarTrek style #Replicator, you put in the resources, select a blueprint, then press #Print.

Instancing can be used to create bespoke areas for individual players of groups, so they can play without outside interference.
Instancing works with #DynamicMeshing, It allows players to move from "open" areas to "closed" areas seamlessly.
Imagine being able to do Siege of Orison, without groups of other players griefing your friend-group of players.
The next season won't just be focused on Nyx, Stanton missions will also get an overhaul with #instancing.
