I've found that if I make a written list of things I need to accomplish, it's easier to throw it away.
@Skepticat having a meltdown at the thought
@MrInappropriate 😁 at tossing it? Nah, it'll still all be there.
@Skepticat But, but…. How? Why? Help. I need to cross tasks off lists, otherwise how do I know I’m alive. No one else does. #achievement
@Skepticat 🎶 Let it go, let it go...🎶
@Skepticat For work, I write (type, technically) down a whole bunch of shit so I don't have to hold it all in my head. It relieves the stress of trying not to forget things. I rarely use the notes in the end, though. Either way, works for me

@Skepticat

don't write throw this list away on the list.

i did that now i need to face my failures in writing.

it is depressing.

@Skepticat
I like to cross items off the list as I fail to accomplish them. Then throw it away.
@MostlyTato so much more satisfying 😁
