Be devoted to prayer, keeping alert in it with thanksgiving. At the same time pray for us too, that God may open a door for the message so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may make it known as I should (Colossians 4:2-4).

#Christians do well to #pray #consistently and often. 

Christians should spend a good amount of time #thanking God in prayer for all He has done for them. 

They do well to pray for their own needs and for the #wisdom and strength to glorify God in all things.

They should pray for others as well: for all to come to a knowledge of the truth and be saved, for those who proclaim the #Gospel, and for many other people regarding many other matters.
