Here's a lovely piece of rock being used in the Iona breakwater contruction project. Probably Scottish granite from Glensanda: a lovely pegmatite vein/segregation, with associated aplitic/microgranite margin on one side. More of this kind of thing everwhere please! 🤩 😊 #Geology #Geodiversity.
