Just before the marathon this weekend we took a trip along Hadrian’s Wall to what was left of the Sycamore Gap. Very pleased to see some saplings sprouting from its stump & some hand-painted stones recognising the tragic & senseless loss of the original tree #SycamoreGap #northumberland #photography
