@ProPublica Dismantling the public school system has been the goal of the reactionary right since desegregation. Public schools for their precious drones were fine, as long as "those people" were excluded.

This is only one element of an economic collapse, the edge of which our country now teeters. The others are hunger, poverty, homelessness, lack of medical care, unrestricted incarceration, enforced labor, etc. Everything that happened during the Great Depression and NAZI Germany. Paranoia you say? Just stop and think about what the idiot in the White House has done since he was sworn in....
