1/2 Simple things take a lot longer to do than one would think.

It took me over 3 hours to find accomodation and book it for a trip in Victoria with my elderly mother.

By the end of it I felt fried. I wanted to book really nice accomodation but most of the higher-end accomodation had showers over spa baths. This is impossible for people over 80 years old. I opened soooo many tabs on my browser checking out various holiday places. I had to ring providers to check about bathrooms and stairs.

There is a gap in the market for elderly holiday travel. Many can afford higher end accomodation, but there is not enough available.
