Whoa, this just gets better. Rang the #agl help line, went through phone menu fun, including sending DOB, recieving a 2FA PIN via SMS and re-entering it, then got placed in a queue for a person ...

... who then "is required to verify my identity" and needs full name, DOB, address, to send a PIN to my phone via SMS and have it read back, then to send a PIN to my email and have it read back!

@ajft There's a reason we moved off AGL. Alas, the company we moved to has been bought by AGL, so as of the 30th of this month, we'll be back with them (until we find somewhere else to go).
