For the midweek #Blendsday session, I stuck with the prompt and made this flag/banner
This week's #Blendsday prompt is "Rail." I took the weekend off and spent the midweek session working on an addon to speed up some Fossil Sweeper work. Nothing to share from me ^_^
This week's #Blendsday activity was "increasing interval studies" where we made 1 minute, 5 minute, 10 minute, and 20 minute versions of the same model. I poked around with using the "skin" modifier to make this low poly lion (it makes terrible geometry, and I spent a lot of time during the 10 minute one cleaning that up, so I didn't end up dealing with that/working the form as much in the 20 minute version)
And here's a timelapse of each of those comping together

Decided to give that one just a bit more attention
For the midweek #Blendsday session, I made some shells
This week's #Blendsday prompt is "channel." I made this lightning redirection scene
Couple of stills from that scene

For the midweek #Blendsday session, I modelled this scene
This week's #Blendsday prompt is "potato." I had some other stuff on on the weekend, but for the mid-week session, I made this little animation
This week's #Blendsday activity is "three moods" where we're invited to make one scene and try to present it in ways that convey different moods or feelings. I made this camp scene with warm, cold, and damp variants.
And here's a timelapse of that one coming together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n70Amdeed7k

For the midweek #Blendsday session, I made this little vase scene (would've done it in Cycles with nice fog, but Blender 4.5 doesn't like my kernel and I didn't want to wait for it to be rendered on my CPU
This week's #Blendsday prompt is "ocean." I made this low poly whale
And here's a timelapse of this one coming together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsnI4lpwnrM

YouTube
For the midweek #Blendsday session, I made this little sea scene. Would've liked to have given a bit more attention to the crayfriend, and tweaked my procedural gobos to be more in focus, but I ended up I spending all my time on materials
This week's #Blendsday prompt is "gong." I made this bit of Star Trek fan art
And here's a timelapse of that one coming together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ecZNz4KuqA

This week's #Blendsday prompt is "harvest." I made this little low poly scene and rendered it super low res

I used AO in that scene, which is making some details stand out a little better (such as the layered tiers on the pine trees), but adds a bunch of noise to stuff like wood piles and apple trees. Earlier this morning, I put together a proof of concept, which doesn't use AO, and I think has better feel now that I've taken a little break. Both this and the "harvest" scene do everything with one material (the "harvest" scene uses object viewport colour).
This week's #Blendsday activity is to make something based on a "childhood memory." I've had #Lego on my mind lately (re: https://mastodon.social/@Cheeseness/114946703072226523 )

This week's #Blendsday prompt is "ride." I was going to make a little scene with Bastian riding Falkor, but had some stuff come up and had to wrap up early
This week's #Blendsday prompt is "goat." I'm taking the weekend off to focus on my WIP space game before the jam deadline, but I'm looking forward to seeing what others in my community make ^_^
For the midweek #Blendsday session, I made this goat
This week's #Blendsday prompt is "snow." I ended up having a sleep in and missing the weekend one, but here's what I made for the midweek session
This week's #Blendsday activity is "Variations on a theme" where we're invited to make multiple things exploring a theme. I was going to make a bunch of different nests, but I have other things to do this morning and one'll have to do

This week's #Blendsday prompt is "segment." I made this little low poly slater

YouTube
For the midweek #Blendsday session, I poked around with Blender's 2D animation tools a bit and made another slater (wish I had more time to work this further, but other stuff needs attention!)
This week's #Blendsday prompt is "beetle." I made this beetle guy

For the midweek #Blendsday session, I made this quiet mossy scene. Alas, some of my particles came out with very uniform length
This week's #Blendsday prompt is "recess." I made this (kinda wish I'd stuck a flower growing out of a crack or something for scale - it's meant to be small)

I had a bit of other stuff on this afternoon, but for the midweek #Blendsday session, I took a super quick whack at making Kup from Transformers: The Motion Picture

This week's #Blendsday activity is "Iterate" where we're invited to kitbash or modify a CC licenced model made by someone else. I've been swamped and didn't end up having time to make anything, but I was thinking of taking this chest and pushing its form into a more overtly cartoonish space. Maybe next time!

For the midweek #Blendsday session, I updated my scene from the weekend with some more seafriends
If I was making something more polished, I'd do this in cycles rather than eevee where I can do proper volumetrics and caustics. It was fun to see how quickly I could get somewhere close to what was aiming for with eevee-friendly stuff (I think newer Blender versions can do mesh-limited volumetrics, but I was using 3.6 for this)
This week's #Blendsday prompt is "bear." I've still got a migraine, so I think I'm going to give this session a miss.
For the midweek #Blendsday session, I made these cube bears
This week's #Blendsday activity is "Opposite" where we're invited to use the Blendsday site's prompt generator, and make something that is opposite of whatever it gives. I've been swamped this week and am not sure if I'll get time to make something or not, but it's still a fun exercise https://blendsday.art/?a=4#resources

This week's #Blendsday prompt is "nest." I made the crow's nest of the Sea Monkey from Monkey Island 1 (wish I'd just hand animated the flag >_< )
Didn't have as much time as I wanted for the midweek #Blendsday session, but here's what I came up with
