2/3 Out at the tip of the pier, past the grass and trees, as far out as you can go. Had no idea that both big ships would be departing. Tall ship next.

3/3 The tall ship had lots going on in preparation; we on the sides could hear occasional unison replies, see sailors, then hear canned music. After the cruise ship departed, two tugboats escorted the tall ship out to mid-river, then let ‘er go.
